    数字超声波金属焊接电源的研究

    Research on Digital Ultrasonic Metal Welding Power Supply

    • 摘要: 超声波焊接作为一种高效节能环保的焊接技术,已被广泛应用在金属、塑料、无纺布焊接等领域。在金属焊接时,需要精确控制摩擦时间、功率、能量等参数,因此电源的设计要求非常严格。本文设计了一款数字式超声波金属焊接电源,系统采用直接数字频率合成技术,根据采集输出端的电压电流相位差,自动追踪换能器工作的谐振频率。该电源实现了实时自动调节焊接电源的发波频率,使系统输出功率最大,并保持每次工作时输出功率恒定。同时该系统采用首个焊接振幅补偿的方式弥补因频率变化导致能量减小的问题。系统可以采用外控、时间、能量三种焊接模式,满足不同焊接工艺的需求。

       

      Abstract: As an efficient, energy-saving and environment-friendly welding technology, ultrasonic welding has been widely used in metal, plastic, non-woven fabric welding and other fields. In metal welding, it needs to accurately control the welding time, power, energy and other parameters, therefore the design requirement of power supply is very strict. A digital ultrasonic metal welding power supply was designed. The system adopts direct digital frequency synthesis technology, automatically tracks the resonant frequency of the transducer according to the phase difference of voltage and current at the acquisition output terminal. The power supply can automatically adjust its waveform frequency, which maximizes the output power and keeps the welding power as the same each time. At the same time, the system adopts the method of additional amplitude compensation at the first welding to solve the problem of energy reduction caused by frequency change. The system can adopt three welding modes of external control mode, time mode and energy mode to meet the requirements of different welding processes.
