    GW83镁合金固溶处理工艺研究

    Study on Solution Treatment Technology of GW83 Magnesium Alloy

    • 摘要: 对铸态GW83镁合金进行不同温度和时间的固溶处理,采用OM、SEM、EDS、硬度测试等手段研究了不同固溶处理对GW83镁合金微观组织与硬度的影响。结果表明:铸态GW83镁合金组织主要由α-Mg、大量连续状Mg24(Gd,Y)5相和少量颗粒状Mg5(Gd,Y)相组成。随着固溶处理时间的增加,GW83镁合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,硬度先升高后降低。在525℃×4 h固溶的GW83镁合金晶界处的Mg24(Gd,Y)5相大部分溶解,晶粒未明显长大,合金的硬度达到最大值82.6 HV。525℃×4 h为GW83镁合金的理想固溶处理工艺。

       

      Abstract: Solution treatments of as cast GW83 magnesium alloy at different temperature and time were carried out.The effects of solution treatment on the microstructure and hardness of GW83 magnesium alloy were studied by OM, SEM, EDS and hardness test.The results show that the microstructure of as cast GW83 magnesium alloy is mainly composed of α-Mg, a large amount of continuous Mg24 (Gd, Y)5 phase and a small amount of granular Mg5 (Gd, Y) phase. With the increase of solution treatment time, the grain size of GW83 magnesium alloy increases gradually, and the hardness increases first and then decreases.The Mg24(Gd, Y)5 phase at the grain boundary of GW83 magnesium alloy in solid solution at 525 ℃×4 h is mostly dissolved, the grain size does not grow significantly, and the hardness of the alloy reaches the maximum of 82.6 HV.525 ℃×4 h is the ideal solution treatment process for GW83 magnesium alloy.
