    Study on Service Performance of GH2132 Bolts

    • The microstructure, tensile strength, torque-preload and acid salt spray corrosion properties of domestic bolts were studied. The results show that the bolts made of domestic GH2132 alloy have no obvious defects inside, and the grain size is relatively uniform.The grains at the threads present a streamlined shape.After surface coating, the preload is around 15 kN, and the tensile strength is above 27.9 kN, meeting the design requirements.After various acid salt spray tests, the surface morphologies of bolts made from domestic materials is similar to that of imported materials, and the tensile strength of the bolts is comparable to that of imported materials.
