中文摘要:有效地预测大圆柱形钢锭的加热温度是许多大型锻造厂和轧钢厂非常关注的重要课题之一。本文给出了导热微分方程的解析解,研究了大圆柱形钢锭的加热特点,分析了加热速度、钢锭断面尺寸以及加热炉温度对钢锭表面到温时间和中心到温时间的影响,指出了保证加热质量的关键和缩短加热时间的途径。
英文摘要:Effective forecasting the heating temperature of great-circle cylindrical steel ingot is one of important topics in many large-scale forging factories and steel mills. The analytic solution of heat conduction differential equation was given, the heating characteristic of great-circle cylindrical steel ingot was studied, the heating rate, the size of steel ingot cross section as well as the influence of heating furnace temperature on heating time of surface and center of steel ingot were analyzed, the key to heating quality and the way of reducing heating time were pointed out.
