中文摘要:研究了Al含量对HK40合金微观组织的影响,采用OLYMPUS金相显微镜观察金相组织,并利用FEI Quanta200型扫描电镜观察背散射电子衍射图像,结合XD-3A 型X射线衍射仪对合金进行物相分析。 结果表明,在含2wt%Al的HK40合金中,Al元素全部固溶于基体中,未形成沉淀相,显微组织为奥氏体 + 碳化物;当Al含量为4wt%时,合金中出现了大量的树枝相AlNi、Fe2Al5,基体相仍然为γ-Fe固溶体;当Al含量增加到6wt%时,基体相转变成以α-Fe为主,同时有大量AlNi金属间化合物析出。
英文摘要:The effects of aluminum content on the microstructure of HK40 alloy were studied by optical microscope. The distribution of elements in matrix was analyzed by electron probe microanalysis (EPMA-1600). The phases were confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The results show that Al element are all dissolved in the matrix of HK40 alloy when Al concent is below 2wt%Al, and no precipitates form. The microstructure of the alloy is austenite+carbide, which is the same as HK40 alloy. When Al concent is 4wt% or higher, a lot of AlNi, Fe2Al5 dendrite phase appear in the alloy and the matrix is γ-Fe solution. When aluminum content in steel increase to 6wt%, the matrix of the alloy transforms into α-Fe based, and a large number of AlNi metallic compounds exists in the matrix.
