中文摘要:采用OM,SEM,电阻率测定及拉伸试验,研究了Si和Al对1Cr17Ni1铁素体-马氏体双相不锈钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在1000 ℃油淬并620 ℃回火的热处理制度下,添加1%Si的试样中马氏体量略有减少,此时由于Si较强的固溶强化作用使材料的强度得到明显提高;但当Si含量增加到2%时,实验钢脱离铁素体-马氏体双相区进入单相铁素体区,材料的抗拉强度急剧降低;添加1%Al的试样马氏体含量显著减少,由于其固溶强化效果不明显,因此材料抗拉强度明显降低;同时添加1%Si和1%Al试样的强度较单独添加1%Si或1%Al时要低,但塑性却有明显提高;合金的电阻率随加入Si和Al总量的增多而增大,添加2%Si可使实验钢电阻率提高62.3%。
英文摘要:The microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Cr17Ni1 ferrite-martensite dual-phase stainless steel with different Si-Al content were investigated by OM, SEM, resistivity test and unidirectional tensile test. The results show that a small amount of Si (1%) can improve the strength dramatically due to the role of solution strengthening. However the strength of the stainless steel decreases notably when the amount of Si increases to 2%, the temperature of ferrite-martensite dual-phase increases and the room-temperature microstructure is single phase ferrite at 1000℃ for 1h cooling in oil. The tensile strength of 1%Al alloy sample reduces a lot due to the decrease  of martensite content and the inconspicuous solution strengthening effect. Si-Al alloy steel has excellent plasticity and low strength compared with Si alloy or Al alloy steel. The room-temperature resistivity increases with the increase of total amount of Si and Al. The resistivity is increased by 62.3% when adding 2%Si.
