中文摘要:通过细化碳化物获得优良性能的超高碳钢。结果表明,显微组织中除了珠光体和晶界上的网状碳化物外,还有约6.5%的球状石墨。由于少量球状石墨的存在,经850 ℃× 3 h球化退火处理后的钢表现出良好的塑性,伸长率达12.5%,且抗拉强度达967 MPa、屈服强度达715 MPa。
英文摘要:Ultrahigh carbon steel was obtained by fining carbides. However, in the process of preparing ultrahigh carbon steel with high aluminum and carbon content, it is found that there is 6.5% graphite in the form of spheroidal precipitates in addition to intragranular pearlite and network carbides in grain boundaries. Because there is a little graphite in the form of spheroidal morphology, the steel annealing at 850 ℃for 3 h has a good plasticity, the plasticity is 12.5%, the tensile strength is 967 MPa, the yield strength is 715 MPa.
