中文摘要:利用金相、扫描、透射等手段研究了针状铁素体 + 粒状贝氏体复合组织的F500级船板钢的力学性能及低温韧性机理。结果表明,该钢板在-80 ℃的冲击功可达120 J以上,针状铁素体组织具有对裂纹扩展起到有效阻碍作用的大量被细小析出所钉扎的高密度位错的亚晶界,是F500超高强船板钢具有良好的低温韧性的机制所在。
英文摘要:The mechanical properties and low temperature toughness mechanics of F500 grade ship plate were studied by OM, SEM and TEM. The results show that the plate has synthetic microstructure, i.e acicular ferrite and granular bainite. The Charpy-V impact energy of the sample reaches 120 J at -80 ℃. Most of the precipitates distribute along dislocations and pinned dislocations in grain boundary, which inhibits the cleavage crack propagation, the low temperature toughness of the synthetic microstructure is good.
