中文摘要:主要研究镀液中主盐浓度对镁合金表面化学镀Ni-B合金性能的影响,着重探讨主盐浓度对镀速、镀层形貌及耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:当氯化镍浓度为30 g/L时,镀速最大且镀层组织均匀、紧凑、细小,耐腐蚀性较好。
英文摘要:The effects of the concentration of primary salt on the property of electroless plating Ni-B alloy on Mg alloy surface were studied. The effects of salt concentration on the plating speed, morphology and corrosion resistance of the coating were emphatically discussed. The results show that, when the concentration of nickel chloride is 30 g/L, the plating speed is maximum, the microstructure of the plating is small, uniform and compact, the plating has good corrosion resistance.
