中文摘要:实现了对应力场随时间变化的动态模拟分析,发现熔覆层纵向应力最大,横向应力次之,厚度方向应力最小;熔覆层中心一直处于拉应力状态并产生拉伸塑性变形;三向拉应力在材料进入弹性状态后,表现为横向和厚度方向上的拉应力明显下降,纵向应力基本保持不变;对于材料的拉伸或压缩塑性变形,热应变起到决定作用;分析送粉式激光熔覆内应力的产生机理表明,熔覆层中心靠近基体区域对裂纹最敏感,该区域处于第三类主应变状态。
英文摘要:The dynamic simulation analysis on the stress field changing with time was achieved, and the results show that, the longitudinal stress of the cladding layer is largest, the horizontal stress is second, and the stress in the thickness direction is least; the center of the cladding layer is in a state of tensile stress and produces a tensile plastic deformation; after coming into plastic state, the stress in horizontal and thickness direction decreases obviously and the stress in longitudinal direction is basically unchanged; for the tensile or compressive plastic deformation, the thermal strain plays a decisive role; by analyzing the generation mechanism of internal stress in powder feeding laser cladding, the center of the cladding layer near the substrate is the most sensitive region, and the area is in the third category main strain state.
