中文摘要:在传统硫酸电解液和添加宽温剂的硫酸电解液中对不含La和La含量为0.2%的6063铝合金进行阳极氧化,系统地研究了宽温剂加入量、电流密度和氧化温度对膜层厚度和显微硬度的影响。结果表明:加入宽温剂后阳极氧化可以采用高电流密度和较高温度,所得氧化膜的厚度和显微硬度也较好,宽温剂含量以8 g/L为好;La含量为0.2%的6063铝合金比不含La的合金在同样的硫酸电解液中生成的氧化膜层厚度和显微硬度要好。
英文摘要:The anodic oxidation of 6063 aluminum alloy(aluminum alloy without La and the amount of La adding to aluminum alloy is 0.2%) in solutions of the conventional sulfuric acid and sulfuric acid with wide temperature agent was carried out. The influences of the amount of additives broadening temperature, current density and temperature of oxidation on the film thickness and microhardness were systematically studied. The results show that: after adding wide temperature agent, the anodic oxidation can apply to the condition of high current density and high temperature, the thickness and microhardness of oxidation film is also better, the right amount of additives broadening temperature is 8 g/L. In the same sulfuric acid electrolyte, the oxidation film thickness and microhardness of 6063 aluminum alloy containing La is better than the alloy without La.
