中文摘要:采用微弧氧化技术在硅酸-磷酸复合体系中对ZTi60合金表面进行微弧氧化处理,优选出适用于ZTi60合金的较理想工艺,观察研究了其过程和特点,用扫描电子显微、X射线衍射仪和绝缘电阻测试仪分别研究了膜层的形貌特征、相结构组成和绝缘特性。结果表明:膜层表面微观形貌呈网状多孔结构,不同时间和终止电压下,膜表层结构区别较大;膜层由锐钛矿相TiO2和金红石相TiO2构成,但主要是前者,后者含量较少;膜层具有很好的绝缘性。
英文摘要:Surface oxidation treatment on ZTi60 alloy in acid-phosphoric acid system was carried out using micro-arc oxidation process. The preferred treatment process for ZTi60 alloy was optimized. The process and characteristics of micro-arc oxidation treatment were studied. The morphology, phase composition and insulating properties of the coatings were studied by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and insulation tester, respectively. The results show that the film surface morphology is reticular porous structure, at different time and termination voltage, there is large difference between membrane surface structure; film is composed of anatase TiO2 and rutile TiO2, but mainly is former, after is less; films have excellent insulation.
