中文摘要:采用热常数测试仪测试了经深冷处理后铝青铜在25~600 ℃的热扩散系数和热导率,并探讨了加热温度对深冷处理后铝青铜热物理性能的影响。结果表明:铝青铜的热扩散系数和热导率随温度的变化出现波动现象,当温度为400 ℃时,铝青铜的热扩散系数和热导率达最大值,分别为0.3113 cm2·s-1和0.9232 W·cm-1·K-1,较25 ℃时的分别提高了42.41%和29.90%。
英文摘要:The thermal diffusion coefficient and thermal conductivity of aluminum bronze after cryogenic treatment at 25 ℃~600 ℃ were measured by thermal constant tester. The effects of heating temperature on the thermal physical properties of aluminum bronze after cryogenic treatment were investigated. The results show that the fluctuation of the thermal diffusion coefficient and thermal conductivity of the aluminum bronze occurs with the change of temperature, and the thermal diffusion coefficient and thermal conductivity reach the highest, 0.3113 cm2·s-1 and 0.9232 W·cm-1·K-1 at 400 ℃, respectively, is increased by 42.41% and 29.90% in comparison with that at 25 ℃.
