中文摘要:锶变质过共晶Al-26%Si合金的初生硅呈长短不一的鱼骨状,采用化学溶剂萃取法对合金中的硅进行分离。结果表明,Sr变质后初生硅是八面体堆垛形成的长条状聚集体,存在明显的取向连生现象;该初生硅的生长是熔体中存在的八面体Si生长基元以顶角联结方式进行堆垛的过程。
英文摘要:After modified by Sr, the primary silicon of Al-26%Si alloy likes fishbone with different length. The primary silicon was extracted from Al-26%Si alloy by chemical extraction. The results show that primary silicon is the strip aggregation stacked by octahedral silicon with different structure and dimension. During primary silicon growth, the octahedral silicon as growth units is vertex-linked and connected with the structure unit on the crystal surface along the direction of stable combination.
