中文摘要:利用振动斜坡浇注工艺制备了A356合金的半固态组织。研究了斜坡长度和振动电压对合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明, 振动电压60 V、斜坡长度25 cm的铜模水冷,在640 ℃浇注A356合金的组织为均匀、细小和圆整的近球形等轴晶半固态组织;晶粒平均等积圆直径为26.5 μm,晶粒形状因子为0.8。
英文摘要:The semi-solid microstructure of A356 alloy was prepared by vibrating slope pouring technology. The effects of slope length and vibration voltage on the solidification microstructure of the alloy were also researched. The experiment results show that when the vibration voltage is 60 V, and the slope length is 25 cm, the microstructure of the alloy is homogeneous, small and semi-solid equiaxed grains while pouring at 640 ℃ by water-cooled copper mold casting, with the average grain diameter of 26.5 μm, and the grain shape factor of 0.8.
