中文摘要:运用传统的铸造工艺设计方法对铸钢件受力端盖的铸造工艺进行了初步设计,利用View Cast模拟软件对受力端盖的凝固过程进行了模拟。结果显示,在受力端盖壁厚大处会产生缩孔、缩松缺陷。通过增加冒口尺寸和改变分型面位置的方法,最大程度地消除了铸造缺陷,从而获得了合理的铸造工艺方案。
英文摘要:The original casting process for cast steel bottom liner was designed by conventional design method, its solidification progress was simulated by V-Cast software.The results indicate that the shrinkage defects form at the boss sections. By increasing the size of riser and changing the location of parting surface, the defects are eliminated to the greatest extent,so the reasonable casting process is obtained.
