中文摘要: 采用有限元分析软件Procast对某轿车刹车系统卡钳叠型铸造时充型和凝固过程进行了模拟和研究,预测了缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷出现的位置。结果表明,这些模拟缺陷与实际缺陷位置基本一致。同时,根据模拟分析结果对铸造工艺进行优化,采用反向浇注、切断分支直浇道的优化工艺稳定了浇注系统中的铁液,改善了缸体部位的缩孔、缩松,提高了铸件的合格率。
英文摘要:Using finite element software ProCAST, the filling process and solidification process of superposing casting for brake Caliper were simulated, the shrinkage defects of the caliper were predicted, which was consistent with the practical samples. According to the simulation results, the optimized casting process is obtained, which is reverse pouring, cutting off the branch sprue. The optimized casting process can keep the molten iron stabilization in the gating system, improve the shrinkage defects and qualified rate of the castings .
