中文摘要： Monel400导热性差，易产生热裂纹。为解决这一难题，本试验使用ENiCu7焊丝、ERNiCu7焊条为填充金属，通过进行对接接头焊接、接头硬度和显微组织分析，总结出了合理的焊接顺序、焊接热输入等焊接工艺参数。
英文摘要：The thermal conductivity of Monel400 is lower, so hot crack appears while welding using E-NiCu-7 and ER-NiCu7 as filling material. The series of butt joint welding, hardness, and microstructure were analyzed， the reasonable welding technology parameters such as the welding sequence and weld heat input were obtained.
