中文摘要:概述了国内外学者对于十种熔焊焊接技术立焊工艺的研究现状,分析了各种立焊工艺的优缺点。主要包括手工焊条电弧焊立焊、变极性等离子弧穿孔立焊、半自动CO2气体保护焊立焊、激光立焊、向下立焊、双人同步TIG立焊、电渣焊立焊、自动CO2气体保护焊立焊、气电立焊、自熔导管自保护药芯焊丝式立焊等。评述了手工自蔓延焊接技术及其所具有的军事及民用价值,并着重讨论了手工自蔓延焊接的立焊工艺所存在的问题,指出了需要进一步深入研究攻关的方向。
英文摘要:Ten available vertical welding technics of fusion welding methods, such as MMAW(Manual metal arc welding), VPPAW(Variable polarity plasma arc welding), Semi-automatic CO2 shielded consumable electrode arc welding, LBW(Laser beam welding), vertical down welding, STIG(Synchronization Tungsten inert gas arc welding), ESW(Electroslag welding), automatic CO2 shielded consumable electrode arc welding, GMAW-EG or FCAW-EG(Electrogas welding), self-melt vessel and self-shielded flux cored wire arc vertical welding, were summed up. Meanwhile, the merits and drawbacks of those vertical welding methods were analyzed. Finally, manual self-propagatin high-temperature synthesis welding was introduced as well as the value of military affairs and civil, moreover, the present problems of manual SHS vertical welding were discussed, and the further research orientation was pointed out.
