中文摘要： 针对药盒体零件的成形难点，对该零件的相关工艺参数进行了分析与计算，设计了需三次拉深、反拉深、再冲孔、翻孔、整形、切边的工艺。通过对拉深工艺进行计算机数值模拟，优化了工艺参数。最后设计了反拉深模具，能够实现药盒体的冲压成形。
英文摘要：Aiming at the forming difficulty of medicine box parts, its process parameters were analyzed and calculated, and a process including three-time deep drawing, reverse drawing and then punching, burring, reshaping and trimming was designed. Through simulating drawing procwss, the process parameters were optimized. Finally, the die for reverse drawing was designed, which can realize the stamping forming of medicine box.
