中文摘要:研究了不同含量的Zr-Fe-Cr合金的显微组织及其在500 ℃、10.3 MPa过热蒸汽中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,不同合金元素含量的Zr-Fe-Cr样品,经500 ℃、10.3 MPa过热蒸汽腐蚀后,抗腐蚀性能差别很大。合金元素含量较少的合金(Zr0.2Fe0.1Cr)热处理后析出第二相很少,耐腐蚀性能很差;而适当含量Fe、Cr的Zr-Fe-Cr合金抗腐蚀性能较好。同时,氧化膜中存在的孔隙和裂纹也影响锆合金的耐腐蚀性能。
英文摘要:The corrosion resistance and microstructure of Zr-Fe-Cr alloys with different content of Fe and Cr was investigated in the superheated steam of 500 ℃, 10.3 MPa. The results show that the specimens with different content of Fe and Cr have quite different corrosion resistance by corrosion tests. The specimens with less alloying elements (Zr0.2Fe0.1Cr) precipitate very little SPP and show a poor corrosion resistance; and the Zr-Fe-Cr alloys with appropriate content of Fe and Cr have a excellent corrosion resistance. At the same time, the pores and cracks present in the oxide film and affect the corrosion resistance of zirconium alloys.
