几种基于回归方法的本构模型研究及其在TB6合金上的应用

中文摘要:首先介绍了几种基于回归方法的本构模型,即Arrhenius双曲正弦方程、回复和再结晶统一模型、多项式模型(温度幂指数模型、并联模型、串联模型、逐步回归模型和正交多项式模型)等,再以TB6钛合金为例,对比建立材料本构模型的几种回归方法,总结各种方法的适用范围,并通过误差对比了各种模型的精度,为建立模型服务,有利于在有限元模拟中选择应用。
英文摘要:Some constitutive models based on regression were introduced firstly, namely Arrhenius-type hyperbolic sine function, unitary model of recovery and recrystallization, polynomial models (power exponent of temperature model, shunting model, series model, step regress model and orthogonal polynomial model). It gives an example with TB6 titanium alloy, comparison of some regressive methods of material constitutive models; summarize scope of suitableness of method and so on, respectively. And the precision of constitutive model was gained by comparison of error between calculated and experimental. The comparison of methods can give service to constitutive models and advantageous to selective application of finite element (FE) simulation.
