中文摘要:在Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机上进行了20CrMo合金钢的热压缩试验,研究了材料在高温时流变应力的变化规律。变形温度为900、1000、1100和1200 ℃,应变速度为10、1 和0.1 s-1,变形量为70%。结果表明:20CrMo合金钢的真应力-真应变曲线在变形温度为900 ℃、应变速率为10 s-1的条件下,出现了应力不连续屈服现象。可采用Arrhenius方程描述20CrMo合金钢的高温热变形行为,材料的变形激活能Q为650 kJ/mol。
英文摘要:The hot compression experiment of 20CrMo alloy steel was carried out by Gleeble-3500 thermal-mechanical simulator at the temperature of 900 ℃, 1000 ℃, 1100 ℃ and 1200 ℃, the strain rates of 10 s-1, 1 s-1 and 0.1 s-1 and the compress degree of 70%. The rules of flow stress behavior were studied. The experimental results indicate that there is stress dis-continous yielding phenomenon of the flow stress at the compression temperature of 900 ℃ and the strain rate of 10 s-1. The flow stress of 20CrMo alloy steel during high temperature deformation can be presented by Arrhenius equation, and the hot deformation activation energy (Q) is 650 kJ/mol.
