中文摘要:通过合理的成分设计及轧制工艺选择,开发了50~100 mm的225 MPa级抗震用低屈服点厚板,对其力学性能、冲击韧性及低周疲劳性能进行了研究。结果表明,BLY225厚板性能均匀,力学性能良好,完全满足抗震阻尼器用钢的需要。
英文摘要:225 MPa low yield point(LYP) steel for the fabrication of energy dissipation damper was developed by reasonable component design and rolling process. The mechanical properties, impact toughness and low cycle fatigue of the steel were studied. The results show that the homogenized heavy plates of the steel can satisfy the requirement of ERED with excellent toughness, high elongation.
