强化烧结铜基热管芯体多孔材料的研究

中文摘要:通过对球形铜粉添加造孔剂兼强化剂CuCl2·2H2O,并在氢气还原下烧结,可以制备出高强度、高孔隙、高渗透且塑性良好的热管多孔芯体材料。对烧结温度为850 ℃和900 ℃、添加剂CuCl2·2H2O含量为0wt%~25wt%的烧结芯进行了对比实验,分别对开孔率,渗透率,压缩性能进行了测试,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观测芯体的空洞特征和烧结颈的形成情况。结果表明, CuCl2·2H2O的相对含量为5wt%~15wt%时,多孔芯体的孔洞分布均匀,能够达到开孔率为40%~47%,渗透率为2.808 × 10-12~5.918 × 10-12 m2,而且强度塑性也比纯铜粉低开孔率的烧结芯优良。所以此方法制备的芯体材料能够兼顾热管高导热率和弯曲加工的两项性能,提高了热管应用的平台。
英文摘要:Taking CuCl2·2H2O as filler material which is used as a powder space holder and reinforcing agent between two Cu particles during sintering process under a reduction stream of  hydrogen,  the  porous  wick used for heat pipe with high strength, high porosity,  high permeability  and good  plasticity was prepared. The  porosity, permeability and compression performance was  measured under different filler content of 0wt%~25wt% at sintering temperature of 850 ℃ and 900 ℃, respectively, and the hole morphology and sintering neck were characterized by field  emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM).  The results show that the wick holes with the filler of 5wt%~15wt% CuCl2·2H2O are evenly distributed, the porosity is up to 40%~47%, the permeability is 2.808 × 10-12~5.918 × 10-12 m2, and the strength and plasticity of the wicks are better than that of the wick prepared using pure copper powder. Therefore the wicks cater to two performances of the high thermal conductivity and the compression bending of the heat pipe, and improve the application of the heat pipe.
