中文摘要:采用元胞自动机原理建立了材料在加热过程中相变的模拟方法,模拟了加热和保温结束时的微观晶粒分布和大小。结果表明,所建立的模型得到的数据与实验数据一致,该法可用于完整热处理过程的模拟和操作参数的优化。
英文摘要:A model for the simulation of microstructure evolution during heating steel was developed by using cellular automaton approach (CA). The distribution and size of particle was simulated. The results show that the data obtained by the model is in accordance with the experiment and the approach can be used to simulate the entire process of heat treatment and optimize the process parameters.
