中文摘要:基于单轴压缩试验,研究了不同因素对99.95%钼粉末烧结体材料成形致密的影响规律。结果表明:初始相对密度、温度和应变速率等因素对纯钼粉末烧结材料成形致密的影响很大,其塑性流动应力随应变率的增加而增加,随温度的升高而减小,但高温条件下材料对应变率影响不大;初始相对密度越大,材料屈服强度越低,出现破裂的时间越早。显微观察结果表明,提高变形温度,降低应变率,有利于晶粒细化,提高材料塑性能力。
英文摘要:The influencing rules of different factors on the forming and densification of pure Mo powder sintered materials were studied by uniaxial compression experiments. The results show that the influence of different factors on the forming and densification of pure Mo powder sintered material is very sensitive to the changes of initial relative density, temperature and strain rate. The flow stress increases with the increase of strain rate and decreases with the increase of temperature, and materials under high temperature conditions is not very sensitive to strain rate; the higher the initial relative density, the lower the yield strength of the material, and the earlier the time of break occurred. At the same time,microscopy results show that increasing deformation temperature and reducing train rate are beneficial to the grain refinement and increase the capacity of plastic materials.
