中文摘要:采用热化学反应法在纯铜表面制备陶瓷涂层,并在此基础上进行渗铝处理,在基体表面获得陶瓷渗铝复合涂层。通过SEM和XRD分析了涂层的微观形貌和相的组成,研究了涂层的结合强度和耐磨性。结果表明:该复合涂层整体性能优于热化学反应陶瓷涂层。
英文摘要:The ceramic coating was prepared on pure copper surface using thermal-chemical reaction method, and then the aluminum processing was carried out. The ceramic permeated aluminum composite coating was obtained on the matrix surface. The bond strength and wear resistance of coating was studied through analyzing micromor-phologies and phase composition using SEM and XRD. The results show that the performance of the composite coating is better than that of the overall thermal-chemical reaction ceramic coating.
