中文摘要:用光学显微镜、拉伸试验研究了热处理态72钢丝的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:热处理态?准3.0 mm钢丝的显微组织为索氏体 + 少量铁素体,?准4.0 mm和?准5.3 mm钢丝的显微组织均为索氏体 + 少量珠光体 + 少量铁素体。钢丝经1000 ℃?邛555 ℃(铅淬火)后,强度值分布比较合理,且伸长率和断面收缩率均高于经验值,可作为?准3.0~?准5.3 mm钢丝热处理的定型工艺。
英文摘要:The microstructure and mechanical properties of heat treated 72 steel wire were investigated by optical microscope and tensile test. The results show that the microstructure of heat treated 72 steel diameter in ?准3.0 mm are sobite and less ferrite. That of diameter in ?准4.0 mm and ?准5.3 mm are sobite and less pearlite and less ferrite. After heated at 1000 ℃ and lead quenching at 555 ℃, the tensile strength percentage is rational. The elongation and area in reduction of steel wires are higher than experimental value, It can be as the final heat treatment process of ?准3.0 mm, ?准4.0 mm, ?准5.3 mm steel wires.
