中文摘要:根据布氏硬度测量原理,用自制带有改装测头的百分表直接测量压痕深度的新方法测量试样的布氏硬度。对于45钢炉冷和气冷、T12炉冷和气冷的对比试验,以LINTAB5显微镜测量布氏硬度结果为基准,新方法测得硬度的误差分别为1.64%、2.95%、1.87%和1.54%,用读数显微镜测压痕直径的误差分别为2.98%、3.27%、2.69%和3.17%。
英文摘要:According to calculates formula of the brinell hardness, the new method of directly measuring the indentation depth using home-made dial indicator with the probe of modification measures brinell hardness of test samples. Through comparison tests of 45 steel furnace cool and the air cool, T12 furnace cool and the air cool, take the LINTAB5 microscope-based measurements as criterion, the measure error of hardness are 1.64%, 2.95 %, 1.87 % and 1.54 %. Error of the indentation diameter reading microscope measurement are 2.98%, 3.27%, 2.69 % and 3.17%.
