中文摘要:对CuNiSi合金进行深冷处理,用扫描电镜和光镜观察合金的组织,用硬度计、涡流导电测试仪研究了合金的性能, 探讨了深冷处理在合金中的作用机制。结果表明:合金经900 ℃ × 1 h固溶 + 480 ℃ × 3 h时效 + 液氮深冷 × 2 h工艺处理后,可使合金获得较好的综合性能,硬度达217 HV,导电率达39.3%IACS。
英文摘要:The deep cooling treatment of CuNiAlSi alloy were carried out. The microstructure of treated CuNiAlSi alloy was observed with SEM and OM. The hardness and electrical conductivity of alloy was measured. The deep cooling mechanism of the alloy was studied. The results show that the better synthesis properties can be obtained after solution at 900 ℃ for 1 h and ageing at 480 ℃ for 3 h then deep cooling in liquid nitrogen for 2 h. The hardness reaches 217 HV, and the electrical conductivity is 39.3%IACS.
