英文摘要：The longitudinal crack of 34CrNi3Mo bolts piece after quenching and tempering was observed, and the cracking reasons were analysed in macroscopic and microscopic. The results show that the raw materials of 34CrNi3Mo bolt have serious problems of non-metallic inclusions and quenching stress inducing the crack.
