摩擦压力和干湿条件对铜铝基材料摩擦性能的影响

中文摘要:采用粉末冶金摩擦技术制备了铜铝基摩擦材料;利用定速摩擦试验机测试了在不同摩擦压力下该材料摩擦性能的变化,同时比较了干湿两种摩擦方式下摩擦性能的异同。结果表明:摩擦速度低于1500 r/min时,摩擦系数随压力的升高变化不大,磨损率增大;摩擦速度高于1500 r/min时,摩擦系数随压力升高而增加;摩擦速度低于1000 r/min时,湿摩擦的摩擦系数高于干摩擦,摩擦速度高于该速度时,两者的摩擦系数相近,湿摩擦的磨损量要高于干摩擦。
英文摘要:Cu-Al-based friction material was prepared by powder metallurgy. The change of friction properties under different friction pressure was tested through fixed-speed friction tester, and the similarities and differences between wet and dry friction mode were compared. The results show: when the friction speed is lower than 1500 r/min, friction coefficient is little change with the increase of friction pressure, wear rate is also increases. While friction speed is higher than it, friction coefficient increases with the increase of friction pressure. The speed is lower than 1000 r/min, friction coefficient of wet friction is higher than dry mode, with the increase of speed, friction coefficient between them is similar, and wear rate of wet friction is larger than dry.
