中文摘要:研究了变质剂Al-Ti-B对AM60B镁合金铸态组织和半固态等温淬火组织的影响。结果表明:变质处理后的镁合金在等温淬火过程中组织演变更快;等温淬火过程中加热温度偏低,不利于晶粒均匀圆整;温度偏高,再结晶速度快,晶粒易变形和粗大。
英文摘要:The effects of Al-Ti-B metamorphic agent on microstructure of AM60B alloy as-cast and semi-solid isothermal quenching were studied. The results show that: the microstructure evolution of the alloy in isothermal quenching process after modification treatment is faster. Disadvantageous to the grain becomes uniform rounder, the grain will deformation and bulky easily if the heating temperature in isothermal quenching process is too higher.
