中文摘要:采用光学显微分析(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、维氏硬度测试和涡流电导测试等手段研究了不同均匀化处理态的6061铝合金的显微组织演变,分析了均匀化时间与合金硬度及导电率的对应关系,确定了6061铝合金均匀化效果的定量评价标准。结果表明:6061铝合金在均匀化过程中硬度随均匀化时间的延长而降低,导电率随均匀化时间的延长而提高;利用共晶组织面积分数、硬度和导电率对均匀化效果进行评价;确定了6061铝合金较优的均匀化工艺为570℃ × 7 h。
英文摘要:The microstructure characteristics evolution, mechanical properties and conductivity of 6061 alloy were investigated by OM, EMS, hardness analysis and whirlpool conductivity analysis. The evaluation standard of homogenization of 6061 Al-alloy was set up. The results show that the Vickers hardness decreases and conductivity increases during the process of homogenization; the homogenization effect of 6061 Al-alloy can be evaluated by percentage of eutectic, Vickers hardness and conductivity. The optimized process for 6061 alloy is the homogenization heat treatment at 575 ℃ for 7 h.
