中文摘要:齿轮坯筋部充填不饱满是其目前在闭式锻造中最显著的缺陷。模具结构的设计是影响着锻造过程中型腔的填充情况的重要因素之一,通过改变模具的结构可以改善金属流动状况。本文利用数值模拟软件DEFORM-3D分析了模具结构对金属的流动方向,流动速度,等效应力及对模具载荷的影响,利用分流法创造性的提出了一套新型的模具结构即阶梯式分流上模和筋部凹槽下模,极大的改善了齿轮坯筋部的填充情况。通过生产实践,验证了数值模拟的可靠性
英文摘要:Unsuccessful ribs filling is the main limitation in closed-die forging of gear blank at present. The design of die structure is one of the important factors which influence metal filling in forging process. Based on the simulation software DEFORM-3D, the paper analyzes the influence of die structure on metal flow's direction ,speed ,effective strain and die load. Put forward a kind of new die structure named the stepped divide top die and lower die with ribs’ groove which can greatly improve ribs filling situation of gear blank. Put the new die structure into actual practice and verify the reliability of the numerical simulation.
