中文摘要:本文介绍了铸造合金ZLSi7Cu2Mg的化学成分,熔炼过程中三种混合盐的成分配比以及试验中三种渣所用的电流大小。通过对ZLSi7Cu2Mg合金的熔炼试验,进行了试棒的热处理,拉伸试验,结果表明:1号渣30%KCl+64%MgCl2+6%Na3AlF6的精炼效果较为优秀。经过这种配方溶剂精炼后,铸件的力学性能有一定程度的提高。
英文摘要: The article introduces the chemical composition of alloy material ZLSi7Cu2Mg and the three kinds of mixed salt composition matching during the Melting Process, including the used current size on three kinds of slag in the experiment. Heat treatment of test bars and tensile test are experimented by ZLSi7Cu2Mg alloy smelting tests. The result shows that the first slag, 30%KCl+64%MgCl2+6%Na3AlF6is the most excellent refining effect. After the refining, the mechanical properties of casting have a certain degree of improvement.
