中文摘要:研究了20Cr钢在不同激光功率条件下对焊接接头的宏观形貌及焊接热影响区宽度和组织的影响。结果表明,随着功率增大,热影响区宽度增大,其出现的淬火组织明显减少,焊缝晶粒变得粗大;焊接接头显微硬度分布不均匀,出现较高的硬度和较陡的硬度梯度。
英文摘要:Effects of laser power on weld macro-appearance and microstructure of HAZ for 20Cr steel are studied in the present work. The results show that with increasing the laser power, the width of HAZ increases, the hardened structure obviously decreases, and the weld grain becomes coarse; the hardness distribution of the weld is non-uniform, showing high micro-hardness and steep micro-hardness gradient.
