中文摘要:本文提出了离散涂层强化理论,并对离散涂层强化理论进行一定的理论推导。依据离散强化涂层理论,根据实际工况要求,采用瞬态电能强化与离子束增强沉积(IBED)技术制备出了离散复合强化涂层,并进行了强化机理分析。理论上制备出的离散复合强化层可大大提高钢表面耐磨减摩性能。
英文摘要:This paper presents the theory of discrete coating strengthening and makes some theoretical derivations. According to the theory of discrete coating strengthening and the wording conditions, the discrete composite strengthened layer could be made by using the technologies of transient electric-energy strengthening and ion beam enhanced deposition. This paper also makes some mechanism analysis about the theory of discrete coating strengthening. The discrete composite strengthened layer could improve the wear resistant and antifriction properties of steel surface.
