中文摘要:采用高能球磨法制备了SiC颗粒增强纯Al基复合材料,研究了SiC的质量分数对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,SiC/Al复合材料的硬度、屈服强度以及抗拉强度随SiC质量分数的增加而增大,而复合材料的延伸率随之减小。拉伸断口形貌显示,SiC/Al复合材料呈现延性断裂和脆性断裂混合断裂;随着SiC质量分数的增加,材料延性断裂特征减少。
英文摘要:SiC particle reinforced pure aluminum matrix composites were prepared using high energy ball milling. The effect of the weight fraction of the SiC particles on the mechanical properties of the composites was studied. The results indicate that the hardness, tensile strength and yield strength of composites increase, but the elongation decreases with the increase in the weight fraction of the SiC particles. The fracture morphology indicate that the SiC/Al composites show both ductile and brittle fracture characteristics, and the fracture surfaces is that increasing the weight fraction of the SiC particles decreases the ductile fracture feature.
