淬火温度对7075铝合金厚板残余应力的影响

中文摘要:对7075铝合金厚板进行固溶处理后,分别在不同的淬火水温下采用浸没淬火和喷淋淬火。运用X射线衍射法测试两种淬火板的表面残余应力,并利用维氏硬度仪测试板表面显微硬度,研究不同淬火工艺及水温对铝合金厚板残余应力与力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着淬火温度的升高,浸没淬火与喷淋淬火引入的表面残余压应力水平与表面显微硬度迅速下降;且在一定的温度下,前者比后者引入的残余应力水平大40%左右,而显微硬度仅大7%左右。
英文摘要:After solution treatment, 7075 aluminum alloy thick plates were quenched by immersion and spraying separately in different water temperatures. X-ray diffraction method was introduced to measure surface residual stresses of the two kinds of quenched plates, and a Vickers indenter was also applied to test surface micro-hardness of the plates, then influences of different quenching techniques and quenching temperatures on residual stresses and mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy thick plates were investigated. The results show that the surface residual compressive stresses induced by immersion and spraying as well as the surface micro-hardness decrease quickly as quenching temperatures increase. Moreover, stress level from the former is approximately 40% larger while micro-hardness is merely 7% larger than that from the latter at a given temperature.
