中文摘要:文章利用直读光谱、光学显微镜、扫描电镜对510L冲压开裂原因进行系统分析,结果表明,钢中P、S等杂质元素含量较低,显微组织为铁素体+珠光体组织,在钢基体中存在较大尺寸的B类夹杂物,同时心部珠光体带中存在一些尺寸为5~8μm富含Nb的块状物,且在这些富含Nb的块状物周围出现因受力发生开裂的微裂纹。因此冲压开裂的主要原因是由于夹杂物和富含Nb的块状物的存在破坏钢基体连续性所致。
英文摘要:Reasons of cracking During Stamping of 510L were analyzed by ICP, OM and SEM in this paper. The results showed that content of P and S was lower and the microstructure of steel was ferrite + pearlite. There were large B-type inclusions and some block inclusions with size 5~8μm, which was mainly composed of Nb in the steel. And micro-crack appeared around the block inclusions because of outside force. So the large B-type inclusions and the block inclusions which was mainly composed of Nb in the steel were the primary reason of cracking.
