中文摘要:本文采用有限元数值模拟方法,运用有限元分析软件eat/DYNAFORM对差厚激光拼焊板汽车后纵梁拉延成形过程进行了模拟分析。对模拟结果中零件出现的破裂、起皱等缺陷进行了工艺优化,将优化后的工艺参数用于实际生产,从而消除了生产过程中的可能产生的缺陷。通过模拟分析为实际生产提供指导,并试模得到了合格制件,减少了模具开发周期。
英文摘要: In this paper, a finite element numerical simulation method and its software eta/DYNAFORM are used to simulate the stamping process of the automobile back rail made by laster tailor-weleded blanks with different thickness. In order to control the disfigurements of crack and wrinkle that appeared in the stamping process the process optimization is proposed based on the simulation. The optimized process was used in the practical production and the defects which may appear in production process are eliminated. Through the numerical simulation it provides reference for the practical production and gets the qualified part and also reduces the period of die developing.
