纯铜膏剂法热化学反应陶瓷渗铝复合涂层耐磨性研究

中文摘要:本文在纯铜表面采用膏剂法及加热扩散制备铜基陶瓷/渗铝复合涂层。观察分析了复合涂层的形貌和结构,并研究了该复合涂层的抗热震性能、涂层硬度、耐磨性。结果表明:纯铜膏剂法热化学反应陶瓷/渗铝复合涂层中有Na7Al3O8 、Cu3TiO4、Cu9Al4等新相生成;复合涂层的700℃条件下热震次数可达40次以上;复合涂层的硬度可达HRE83.8,耐磨性实验中,复合陶瓷涂层的相对耐磨性是基体的5.40倍;复合陶瓷涂层的黏着磨损(干摩擦)相对耐磨性是基体的5.64倍;复合陶瓷涂层的黏着磨损(油摩擦)相对耐磨性是基体的10.14倍。
英文摘要:The ceramic/permeated aluminum composite coating was prepared on copper surface by slurry process and heat reaction method in this paper. The composite coating structure were analyzed and the thermal vibration resistance, Rockwell hardness, wear resistance of the composite coating were investigated. The morphology of the composite coating were observed by SEM. The phases of the composite coating were analyzed by XRD. The results showed that the composite coating has formed new phases like Na7Al3O8 、Cu3TiO4、Cu9Al4, the Rockwell hardness can reach to 83.8, the number of the thermal shock can reach above 40 times, in the abrasion resistance testing, the particle attrition performance is as 5.40 times as the copper of, the adhesive wear (dry friction) performance is as 5.64 times as the copper of, the adhesive wear (oil friction) performance is as 10.14 times as the copper of.
