中文摘要:本文通过对添加不同含量锌粉的H62焊接宏观过程、微观组织和力学性能的分析,研究了Zn含量对铜合金手工自蔓延焊接Cu-Zn焊缝金属凝固组织的影响。结果表明,合金区为单相α,熔合区和热影响区组织由α相和网状β相组成;焊缝金属中的Zn来源于焊药合金剂Zn和母材Zn的添加; 随着Zn含量的增加,抗拉强度提高,冲击韧性有所下降,硬度提高;靠近焊缝熔合区的晶粒明显大于母材边缘处晶粒;热影响区存在较宽的过热区,使焊接接头热影响区变得薄弱。
英文摘要:This paper shows the analysis of the welding process, microstructure and mechanics function by adding different content of zinc. Mainly study the effect of different content of zinc on copper alloy’s manual SHS welding’s Cu-Zn freezing microstructure. The result indicates, weld metal make up of phase α. Bond and HAZ make up of phase α and reticulate phase β. Zn of weld metal come from weld power and base metal. Along with the increase content of Zn, tensile strength and hardness increase, but impact toughness decrease. The grain next the bond is obviously bigger than boundary of base metal. HAZ has a much wider overheated zone, which make weld joint’s HAZ weak.
