中文摘要:旋轮与芯模的间隙是影响旋压件成形质量的重要工艺参数之一,本文利用纯铝1060圆坯,改变旋轮与芯模之间的间隙,旋压成形获得曲母线型零件,着重研究了间隙对径向应变和厚度的影响规律,由此对旋压成形过程划分了三个变形区域,同时进行了缺陷分析。试验结果表明:间隙值的大小对工件成形质量有直接关系,当间隙值较大时,工件容易起皱,当间隙值较小时,工件容易破裂,必须制定合理的间隙范围,才能保证产品的成形质量
英文摘要:The gap between the mandrel and the roller is one of the important process parameters which affect the spinning forming quality, in this paper, a curve bus-type workpiece was obtained by spinning process in which 1060 pure aluminum round billet was used and the gap between the mandrel and the roller was changed. The influence law of gap on radial strain and the thickness was emphatically studied, in the meantime, the defects were analyzed. The experiment results showed that the determinate value of the gap is directly related to the forming quality of the workpiece, i.e. when the gap is larger or smaller, the workpiece is easier to wrinkle or crack respectively, so a reasonable range of gap need to be laid down in order to ensure the forming quality of the product .
