中文摘要:摘要:本文研究了三组不同成分的药芯焊丝成分对TIG焊接熔深的影响,测量并对比了焊接熔深,分析熔深的变化规律。试验结果表明,使用所设计的钛合金药芯焊丝进行TIG焊时,焊缝的深度都有不同程度的增加;复合氟化物药芯焊丝的焊接熔深比BaF2大,但焊接工艺性不佳;碱金属氟化物BaF2焊缝成形美观,但熔深较小。通过分析对比得出,在含氟化物的钛合金药芯焊丝的钨极氩弧焊接中,其焊接熔深受电弧收缩与表面张力的影响,其中电弧收缩是主要因素,表面张力的影响很小。
英文摘要:Abstract: The effects of three kinds of fluorides in titanium flux-cored wires on the weld penetration welded by TIG welding were investigated, the weld penetration were measured and compared, and the changing regularity of the penetration were analyzed. Experiment results show that the depth of weld bead increases more or less, when welded by TIG welding with titanium alloy flux-cored wires designed; the weld penetrations associated with complex fluoride fluxes are deeper than BaF2 fluxes, but the welding characteristic is bad; the weld bead morphology of alkali chloride BaF2 is perfect, but the depths of the beads are smaller. Comparing and analyzing the results, it is found that the arc constriction is the main reason of the penetration increasing, but the surface tension has little effect on it, when gas tungsten arc welding with flux-cored wires of titanium with the fluorides.
