中文摘要:以企业中现有的运输机刮板锻造工艺为研究对象,通过数值模拟综合考虑了变形、热传导、变形生热、摩擦生热,磨损等多个因素,并对体积成形的多个影响因素进行解析,建立成形过程中多因素动态耦合仿真模型。应用Archard模型分析了模具的在复杂多因素耦合情况下的磨损,预测了单次磨损的深度分布,为间接预测模具寿命提供了依据。分析锻造成形后的模具及锻件温度场分布,成形载荷等,为评价刮板热塑性成形工艺提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:The forging process of scraper was studied in enterprise. In view of formation, heat transfer, heating generation, a coupled process was modeled with the numerical simulation. The diversified coupling factors affecting bulk forming got analyzed, a simulation model of bulk forming based on multi-factor dynamic-coupling was set up. Based on Archard wear model the single-step wear depth in multifactor coupling condition was evaluated, which helped to evaluating die life. the temperature field of dies and billet under thermal-force coupling were predicted. The simulation contributes to the scraper of various hot forming process.
