中文摘要:电刷镀技术对各种工件的消耗、破损的修复工作具有重要的意义。本研究在40CrNiMo基体上刷镀单纯镍磷镀层和在镍磷镀液中添加不同稀土元素进行刷镀,我们借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)实验对镀层形貌进行了观察比较,利用显微硬度计和恒电位仪对镀层硬度和耐蚀性进行了分析,采用摩擦磨损实验、划痕实验对镀层耐磨性和结合力进行了测试,表明能使镀层硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性等表面性能得到明显的提高。
英文摘要:40CrNiMo is mainly used for high-strength and heavy-load parts, such as spindles of machine tool , turbines, and impellers. They are failed mainly in form of excessive deformation, localized wear and corrosion fatigue. In order to improve their wear and corrosion, Ni-P bath ,containing different content of La2O3, is applied to brush plating on 40CrNiMo.Experimental results show that: plating Ni-P coating, the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and surface properties of matrix are improved significantly. Meanwhile, adding the appropriate amount of rare earth in Ni-P plating solution contributes to further improvement in wear resistance, corrosion resistance and hardness.
