中文摘要：铸造生产是材料、铸模、设备、工艺、人员的有机结合。铸造生产过程复杂、参数多、连续性强，很容易发生质量问题。现在机械产品对铸件的质量要求是越来越高，铸件质量的稳定性直接关系到企业的效益与信誉。本文通过各工艺参数间线性回归分析建立合理的数学模型，运用相应软件进行系统的开发，实现运用现代质量控制新技术和新方法进行质量控制。
英文摘要：Casting production is combine with material、molds、equipment、technology、personnel。 Casting process is complex and many parameters, strong continuity, it is prone to quality problems. Now the quality of mechanical products for the casting requirements are getting higher and higher, casting quality is directly related to the stability of the efficiency of enterprises and reputation。Through this process parameters based on the linear regression analysis we establish a reasonable mathematical models and develop a system based on related software , we control quality using modern quality control of new technologies and new methods。
